This looks really great. I have a few more questions:

1. Who is already doing work like this that we could partner with or at least try no to duplicate? (I thought that some nonprofits were setting up help desks in neighborhoods as were the government - I don't know who or how that is going. Also, I assume common ground has some sort of help desk)

2. How can we help the first volunteer to anticipate some questions an have answers ready so that he or she is helpful and word spreads and more people come back?
