[edit] Post Storm Appraisal

Actually, according to exhibit E-1 of the third contract amendment. ICF charges the state $460 for a certified appraisal. LA certified appraisers only charge about half that amount. Louisiana appraisers charge approxametly $250 for an appraisal. The likelyhood of appeals of BPO's drastically increases their cost.
