Our menu features the Classic StarkeBurger, an 8oz, Certified Angus burger, served dressed with cheddar cheese. Additionally, diners can choose from the "World of Burgers," which features:

  • Tijuana Air Taxi (Jalapenos and Pepperjack cheese)
  • Sicilian Burger (provolone cheese and marinara on the side)
  • Aloha Burger (pineapple)
  • Heidi's Burger (three cheeses, cheddar, provolone and swiss)
  • Mulligan (grilled ham and cheddar cheese)
  • South Seas Burger (teriyaki sauce and bacon crumbles)
  • Chili-Cheese Burger (chili and chedddar cheese)

and the two best sellers:

  • Eifel Tower (Bleu Cheese crumbles and Bacon)
  • Cuban Cottage Burger (secret mix of spices, Guillermo's famous recipe!)

T. L. Starke's also offer a petite-size (6oz) version of all our burgers.

If you're not hungry for a burger, we also serve several Chicken Sandwiches, dinner-size salads topped with grilled chicken or grilled shrimp, Chicken-andouille Gumbo, and several appetizers.

The restaurants' decor has an aviation theme from the Golden Years of Flight.
