There is a nominal fee for membership.

To become a voting member you must live within the Boundaries stated above.

The Pro Tem Board meets on Tuesday evenings. 8320 Pritchard Pl, New Orleans, LA the home of Jenel Hazlett

General Meetings are held at the Methodist Church on the corner of Feret and S.Carrollton. They are held the 3rd Saturday of each months at 4.

Jenel Hazlett had the idea for the Organization on New Years Eve,while celebrating the New Year and celebrating the return of her immediate Neighbors.

Jenel founded the organization in response to the B.N.O.B. land Use report and the green dot which fell on part of our Neighborhood.

She actively canvassed the neighborhood looking for other concerned residents. Our membership has grown from that and continues to grow.

Northwest Carrollton is seeking a grant writer to create a community development corporation. We feel our most pressing long range problem is the fate of housing.
