Most of these committees were formed on June 13, 2006, at a meeting of about 40 neighbors in Mid-City New Orleans at Grace Episcopal Church. The main purpose of these committees is to work for the post-Katrina recovery of the Mid-City neighborhood, including development of a Mid-City Recovery Plan. These committees remain open to all Mid-City residents. We need volunteers! To get involved, join us at the weekly meeting which will be held every Monday at 6:30 p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church, 3700 Canal St.
