The Orleans Parish schools being run by the Louisiana Department of Education's Recovery School District (RSD) are also referred to as the "Green Schools," as distinguished from the Red Schools, Blue Schools and Orange Schools.

[edit] Enrollment for the 2006-2007 School Year

Registration begins July 10, 2006 and runs through August 12, 2006 5:00 PM.

  • Banneker Elementary - 421 Burdette St., Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Henderson Elementary - 1921 L.B. Landry Ave., Tuesdays until 7:00 PM
  • Clark High School - 1301 N. Derbigny, Saturdays 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Parents may complete registration forms over the phone, at 1-877-453-2721, or online, but parents must visit an enrollment center in person before August 12, 2006 5:00 PM to complete registration.
