[edit] Introduction

The concept is to have a quick confernece calls where a community leader or an expert, speaks about a focused topic. There is a question and answer section. The conference call is moderated to a close and we all go on with our overloaded schedules. If there is more to say, we can always schedule a call in the future.

This is a way to get busy leaders and experts to share information, to create an environment that respects the time of leaders, experts, and people too busy rebuilding to sit thorugh meeting upon meeting. The procedure will be developed into a tool and and a workshop so people can host their own audio town halls.

[edit] Finding New Speakers

First, contact the speaker in email, and request that the speaker become part of an Audio Town Hall. Give the speaker a week lead time. When the speaker agrees, you can place them here, and when the time gets nailed down, you can update the time in the New Orleans Calenadar.
