Road Home Questions

I get a lot of questions about the Road Home program in email. I ask that you post your question in the comment section of this post, so I can forward a link to the people who can answer your question, because it probably won’t be me. It will most likely be one the the better informed members of CHAT. Furthermore, I ask that when a person answers a question, they do so in the comments section of this post, so that we can all find the answer in the future.

   So Steve, what youre saying is that you never received a second packet to get notarized? Unless you never went to a closing before. My situation is different, I dont qualify at all since I am not in a floodzone.

   Any sellers selling their home under Option 2 or Option 3. Houses in Louisiana only please.

   No still waiting. Latest RH elevation stats say about 1400 have received their elevation funds. So much for this program being run more efficiently or faster.
